EZSchoolPay 'How To' Quick Guide

Visit https://ezschoolpay.com and Log-in using your Email and Password.

Register for a free account to get started! Once logged in, you will be directed to your HOME page. From the HOME screen, to the left in the blue box is the menu:

My Account

  • Update Personal Information
  • Change Security Question
  • Change Password
  • Close My Account (terminates account)

My Students

  • The PENCIL ICON — Access Student's screen
  • The CLIPBOARD ICON — View previous 30 days transaction history
  • CONTACT SCHOOL — Send Manager an e-mail
  • ADD A STUDENT — Add another student to your account
  • MAKE A PAYMENT — Add funds to your student's accounts

My Students — Add a Student

  • Navigate to the main My Students page
  • Click the ADD A STUDENT button
  • Enter the Student ID number or, if available, enter date of birth (varies by district)
  • Designated student to add to account will appear, click SAVE
  • Repeat this process to add more students

My Students — Student Screen

  • Set Low Balance Email Reminders
    • Fill in your desired low balance reminder amount and then select the Send Reminders checkbox to receive reminders

My Students — View Transactions

  • Click the VIEW TRANSACTIONS button to see the previous 30 day Transaction History

Billing Setup

  • Click the ADD CREDIT CARD button to add a card
    • This feature is for convenience, not a requirement. You may SAVE credit card information for one or more cards on our secure site so you will not have to enter payment/billing information every time you add money to your student’s account.

Store / Pay Online

  • Click the VIEW ITEM button
  • In the AMOUNT box, enter the dollar amount you would like to add to your student’s account
  • Click the ADD TO CART button
  • You may continue to add additional items to your cart. Once all the items are added, you will need to click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button

Checkout & Payment

  • Enter your credit card and billing information for a one-time payment or use your stored card(s)
  • Click the SUBMIT ORDER button

Mobile App / Barcode Scanning

  • Access a Barcode through the EZSchoolPay Mobile App in 4 steps:
    1. Create an account
    2. Link the student(s)
    3. Tap 'Students'
    4. Tap 'Scan Barcode
  • Students can create their own account and link themselves to it for the purpose of scanning the barcode without needing a credit card to make payments.
  • Parents can screenshot a barcode and send it to the students mobile device as an image. Or simply print out the barcode.
